For Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jørn Utzon, his father’s naval engineering drawings sparked a lifelong fascination with ships. Such interest is illustrated in Utzon JU1, a pendant whose distinctive collared shape and crisp lines echo the industrial silhouette of a ship. First launched in 1947, the Utzon is now available in three versions: brass; white; and the original split-color model, made of lacquered brass and steel.
