Periocentrum Bilbao

Once again, the Periocentrum group has had our professional service for the development of the expansion of its headquarters in Bilbao. This project was born as an annex to the renowned Ortiz-Vigón clinic, located in the heart of the Gran Vía, with the intention of creating a small training center, as well as providing the complex with another operating room, an office, an initial consultation room, as well as such as management and administration offices. The ambitious program and the scarcity of surface for all this led us to create a flexible project, where the spaces can have several functions, and the routes can be multiple, to support this versatility.
What initially emerged as a very limited project, ended up resulting in a complete “restyling” of the entrance hall, the waiting room, the attached terrace and other small interventions within the original facilities.
Thanks to the trust of the client, we were also able to collaborate in the interior decoration and the development of interior and exterior signage.
